1. What cookies are
Cookies are small text files that a website stores on your device when you visit. They’re widely used to make sites work, remember preferences, or measure how a product is used. Similar storage technologies — localStorage, session storage and the like — are covered by this policy too.
2. The cookies we use
We use a deliberately small set of cookies. Most fall into the “strictly necessary” bucket — they keep you signed in and protect requests against forgery. We do not use third-party advertising cookies, retargeting pixels or cross-site tracking.

3. Third-party cookies on the marketing site
The Calendly “Book a Call” widget on the home page is loaded from assets.calendly.com and may set its own cookies if you open the booking flow. We do not control these cookies; see the Calendly Cookie Notice for details.
Embedded fonts are served from Google Fonts. Google describes the data it processes for that service in its Privacy Policy.
4. Analytics
The marketing site does not currently run a third-party analytics product. The Spotlight platform records aggregated, in-product usage events (e.g. “pitch sent”) for product-improvement purposes — these are stored in our own database, not handed to an advertising network.
5. Managing cookies
You can clear or block cookies in your browser’s settings. Most browsers let you allow or refuse cookies on a site-by-site basis. Blocking strictly-necessary cookies will sign you out of Spotlight and may break login.
6. Changes
If we add a new cookie or change the purpose of an existing one, we’ll update this page and bump the “Last updated” date above. Material changes will also be flagged in-product.
